About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women through beautiful, innovative solutions. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps create a culture of hospitality. Working as part of a team, the associate builds genuine customer connections, shares product knowledge, and provides personalized service. The role also supports store performance and operations through merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining store organization and brand standards.

Requirements

• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
