About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Associate to assist customers with vehicle purchases, provide product information, and support a positive buying experience. The role involves learning the dealership's inventory, guiding customers through the sales process, following up with leads, meeting sales targets, processing documentation, and helping maintain the showroom and lot.

Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Automotive industry experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with dealership management software.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers professionally, address their needs, and provide information about vehicles and services.
Understand dealership vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to answer questions and make recommendations.
Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, financing, and closing the sale.
Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to dealership sales performance.
Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Help maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
