About The Position

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining product knowledge, personal experience, and an engaging approach with each guest’s needs. The role focuses on helping customers find eyewear that suits their lifestyle and preferences, delivering quality service, and supporting Target Optical’s mission to provide fashionable, trusted vision care products at a great value. The associate works with customers and colleagues to meet sales goals, maintain a welcoming and organized store, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment. Hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals support continued learning and development.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail or customer service.
Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
