About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You will welcome customers and help them find products for new babies, school, and other moments in their parenting journey. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment and contribute to a positive shopping experience through customer service, sales transactions, store replenishment, and maintaining a safe, clean store. The role may involve availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Requirements

• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and serve multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to help ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
