About The Position

Hand & Stone Conshohocken is seeking a sales professional to help make each visit memorable for guests and members. Sales Associates build genuine connections with clients, coworkers, and the community while providing excellent customer service. The role includes achieving sales and performance goals, educating clients about services, handling client interactions and appointments, promoting offers and events, and maintaining spa cleanliness. The position offers an hourly base rate of $14.00–$15.00, based on experience and skill, plus uncapped commissions on membership sales. Top performers typically earn an additional $2–$4 per hour in commission. The schedule varies and may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours; flexible availability is preferred. The franchisee provides sales coaching and training, along with opportunities to develop into a spa leadership role.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Consistently achieve performance goals set by spa leadership and the company, including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients about the benefits of services and enhancements.
Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and handling membership sales and management.
Promote sales, promotions, and events.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
