The real deciding factor for a buyer is how they are treated. We have a great training program to help you with the product, but it takes real effort on your part to use that knowledge to help a customer. If you are motivated to learn, enjoy talking with people and can withstand some rejection; this is a great career option! Requirements

Self-starter and ambitious spirit preferred
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented
A tenacity for learning and eagerness to improve
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Military experience welcomed but not necessary
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Nurture enduring relationships to build customers for life.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
Know the in's and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and analyses.
