About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal, part-time Sales Associates to join its retail team. Sales Associates support store sales and customer service while maintaining merchandise, back stock, and store presentation. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable environment for colleagues. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
