About The Position

Perry Homes is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to support its new home sales process and top-performing Sales Professionals. The role provides hands-on experience in new home sales while helping guide prospective buyers through the homebuying journey, from their first interaction through closing. The Sales Associate also supports customer service, sales documentation and coordination, relationship-building, marketing and lead generation, and the presentation and competitive positioning of model homes and inventory.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable working weekends; Saturday and Sunday are required.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing, partnering closely with the Sales Professional.
Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey.
Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities.
Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while supporting marketing and lead generation efforts.
Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge.
