About The Position

Perry Homes is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to support new home sales in Orlando, Florida. The role supports a Sales Professional throughout the sales process, from the first customer interaction through closing, while helping prospective buyers navigate the homebuying journey and gaining hands-on experience in new home sales. The position involves assisting with contracts and transaction coordination, developing relationships with buyers and real estate agents, supporting marketing and lead generation, and maintaining the presentation of model homes and awareness of inventory and market competition. Sales training is provided, and a real estate license is not required.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable working weekends; Saturday and Sunday are required.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing, partnering closely with the Sales Professional.
Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey.
Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities.
Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while supporting marketing and lead generation efforts.
Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge.
