About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized and merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Additional duties may be assigned. Duties and work practices may vary to comply with state laws governing required licenses or credentials. This is a part-time, bilingual Spanish role. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
