Sales Associate
About The Position
Sales Associates create individualized customer experiences through authentic connections and expert styling advice. They build relationships naturally, embrace individuality and diversity, and help customers have a lasting experience by capturing their customer profiles. The role includes achieving and exceeding sales goals across in-store and e-commerce channels, supporting non-selling activities as business needs require, and working with the team to maintain a beautifully presented store. Sales Associates contribute to a positive, productive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Availability is required for nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Requirements

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to create a lasting experience and capture their customer profiles.
- Achieve and exceed goals by delivering exceptional in-store and e-commerce experiences.
- Participate in open dialogue with team members, celebrate team progress, and encourage others to exceed goals.
- Work with the team to maintain a beautifully presented store.
- Support non-selling activities to meet business needs.
- Help create and maintain a positive, productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity, and passion for the brand.
- Act with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
