About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing a love of fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience for customers. Provide attentive service, fashion advice, and product knowledge while supporting sales goals and daily store operations. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by following the company’s selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice suited to them.
• Use product knowledge to inspire customers and meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
