About The Position
Sadler's Outlet is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves building connections with customers, helping them find furniture that matches their style, needs, and budget, and discovering beautiful furniture at budget-friendly prices. No prior furniture or sales experience is required, as the company provides in-house training to equip new hires with essential knowledge. The company is part of the Furniture Enterprises family of stores, which operates multiple store brands and has been recognized as a "Best Places to Work." They offer excellent training and advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
- Succeed in a team environment, yet able to work independently.
- Ability to learn POS system and general computer programs.
- Able to be mobile on the showroom floor, frequently walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- Pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.

Responsibilities
