About The Position
LOFT creates modern, feminine, versatile clothing for women and supports employees in expressing their authentic selves. The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who builds authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. The role also helps maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and collaborates with the team to create personalized customer experiences and an inviting store environment. The Sales Associate connects with customers, understands their needs, shares product knowledge and recommendations, and uses personalized service to build brand loyalty. They uphold visual and operational standards, use technology and available tools to support promotions and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships with coworkers.
Requirements
- Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
- Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
