About The Position

As Assistant Manager at LOFT, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, you nurture relationships with customers and associates, model the brand’s behaviors, and support the Store Manager in running the store. The role includes creating an inclusive environment, delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, developing talent, and using tools and reporting to support operational excellence and financial discipline.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Have strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of retail management experience (preferred).
