About The Position

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and create authentic connections with customers. The role guides customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations, product knowledge, and attentive service. The Sales Associate helps maintain an organized, attractive sales floor and collaborates with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences and support an inviting store environment. This is a temporary, part-time position at the Leawood Town Center store in Leawood, Kansas.

Requirements

• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, listen to their needs, and create personalized customer experiences.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style customers.

• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
• Keep merchandise organized and appropriately placed on the sales floor.
