About The Position

Astrid & Miyu is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its new store in Williamsburg, NYC, opening in autumn. The role focuses on creating memorable retail experiences through genuine connection, intentional service, authentic presence, and community-building. The Sales Associate will offer customers advice and styling guidance, share product and materials knowledge, and help create a welcoming environment that inspires curiosity and creativity. They will also support store success by collaborating with teammates, championing the brand’s values, driving customer loyalty through its CRM programme, and connecting with the local community. Compensation is $17 per hour, plus 1% commission and 75% of tips.

Requirements

Retail experience.
