About The Position

The LEGO Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to join their team. This role focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience in LEGO® stores, maintaining store appearance, and efficiently managing stockroom operations. The position involves customer engagement, utilizing promotional materials, and loyalty programs, while upholding LEGO® Brand Retail standards.

Requirements

Ability to greet every guest in the location.
Perform all cash register functions.
Maintain a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times.
Perform daily cleaning duties.
Maintain store displays.
Learn and execute LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom.
Assist in the receiving of merchandise.
Maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
Know and abide by all safety regulations.
Notify management of potential shortage situations.
Resolve customer issues.
Report challenging situations to manager.
Customer engagement.
Use of promotional materials.
Use of loyalty programs.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a retail sales role.

Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and engaging demeanor.
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in merchandise receiving, maintain stockroom standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
