Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
Engage with customers.
Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs.
