Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in merchandise receiving, maintain stockroom standards, abide by safety regulations, and report potential shortage situations to management.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Customer engagement.
• Use of promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Typically responsible for store operational tasks while on duty.
