About The Position

The Sales Associate is the face of The North Face brand, bringing energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset to each interaction. The role creates memorable shopping experiences through customer engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. As part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment, the associate contributes to store success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Zero to one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to engage genuinely and comfortably with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
