About The Position

The Sales Associate is the face of The North Face brand, creating memorable shopping experiences through genuine customer engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. Working collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment, the associate contributes to store success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence while maintaining a customer-first mindset and inclusive behavior.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
