About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate works at Hickory Farms retail locations and is employed by Noor Staffing Group. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive shopping experience through proactive customer engagement, product knowledge, and support of personal and team sales goals. Associates work independently while maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high standard of service. The position reports to the Seasonal Store Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, dependability, and initiative.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform continuous movement, including walking, reaching, grasping, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to exert up to 42 lbs. of force occasionally, 25–35 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

• Greet and approach customers, offering personalized assistance and recommendations.
• Engage customers and showcase products to drive sales.
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and encourage purchases.
• Restock and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive store environment.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
• Provide outstanding service to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow cash-handling policies and loss-prevention procedures.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Follow safety protocols and report injuries, hazards, and incidents immediately to the Seasonal Store Manager.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with energy and enthusiasm.
• Follow dress-code standards and wear the provided apron while on duty.
• Complete assigned training courses and materials.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager.
