About The Position
As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who builds authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and correctly placed on the sales floor. You work with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support the store environment.
Requirements
- Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
- Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
Nice To Haves
- Sales Associate or other customer-focused experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers, listen to their needs, and create personalized customer experiences.
- Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style customers.
- Use brand behaviors and personalized service to build brand loyalty.
- Maintain high visual and operational standards while keeping the customer the focus.
- Use technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
- Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
- Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.
- Keep merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor.
