About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador by building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences and an inviting store environment. You use product knowledge, brand behaviors, and available technology to support customer service, loyalty, and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with coworkers.

Requirements
