About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing your love of fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience for customers. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. It also involves bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. • Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.

• Consider customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to meet customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks, including floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
