About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor with merchandise in the right place, and collaborate with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences in an inviting store environment. The position is temporary and is located at Store 1878-Waynesboro Town Center in Waynesboro, Virginia. The pay range is $12.77–$15.95 per hour.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
