About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, energetic customer experience and help customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, learn their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leaders to deliver excellent service and contribute to a positive store environment. They help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing while fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for customers and colleagues. This is a seasonal/temporary position at Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
• Communication skills to engage customers and support sales.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.
