About The Position
Marc Jacobs International is hiring Temporary Sales Associates for its Carlsbad Outlet store in Carlsbad, California, for the 2026 holiday season. This part-time seasonal assignment runs from November to January. The role requires availability for at least three weekdays per week and open availability on one day every weekend. Associates support store sales, client development, merchandising knowledge, housekeeping, visual standards, and store operations.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet store needs.
