About The Position
Shoe Palace is hiring Retail Sales Associates to create the best possible customer experience and help generate sales at its Carlsbad, California location. Team members work in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment, supporting the company’s continued growth. The role is seasonal and part-time, with an hourly pay range of $16.90 to $16.90 and eligibility for the company 401(k) plan. Day-to-day work includes creating an enjoyable shopping experience, keeping the store clean and organized, and assisting customers with footwear and sales. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
- Must have open availability during weekends.
- Must be fun, outgoing, and driven to work hard and succeed.
