About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the friendly face of the brand and provide customers with high-level service throughout their shopping experience. You initiate conversations and assist customers at the cash desk, in fitting rooms, and on the shop floor. You also process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise garments. Working with your team, you help create welcoming experiences and offer genuine, proactive assistance to customers.

This is a part-time seasonal position for 10–20 hours per week. Compensation is $17.50.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and listen actively to understand others’ perspectives and needs.

• Be willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service; not mandatory.
• Familiarity with fabrics; not mandatory.
• Understanding of store operations and customer service skills from previous retail experience; preferable but not mandatory.
• Confidence advising customers on fashion trends, materials, and sizing; preferable but not mandatory.
