About The Position

Oakley is seeking a seasonal/temporary Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help customers find eyewear and apparel suited to their needs, lifestyles, and preferences. The role supports sales goals by engaging customers, building lasting relationships, and providing personalized product recommendations. Associates receive hands-on training and work with experienced professionals while collaborating with store colleagues and leadership. They also help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store and contribute to an inclusive, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
