- Understand and implement the dealership sales process.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting new clients through vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate inventory.
- Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports.
- Create and execute strategies to increase market share.
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit results to dealership standards.
- Stay current on products, market trends, and certification.
