About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual needs and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and store leadership to support excellent customer service and a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
