About The Position

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, operates shop-in-shops inside Bass Pro stores across North America. Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, energetic experience and help them find premium-quality eyewear suited to their needs, lifestyles, and preferences. The role includes meeting sales goals, offering eyewear advice, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive, and well-maintained store environment.

Employees receive hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals and store leadership. The position is listed as casual part-time. The pay range is $15.16–$17.98, with compensation determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
