About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful by ensuring merchandise is organized and properly placed on the sales floor. You collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
