About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Briarwood Mall store delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and engages customers (“fans”) with product knowledge and jewellery styling inspiration. This flexible, part-time role provides additional support during peak hours and other high-traffic periods, special events, promotions, product launches, or when store coverage is needed. Scheduling varies with business needs, may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, and ranges from approximately four hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated results-oriented selling ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Comfort with a schedule that varies according to business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.
