About The Position

HUGO BOSS is hiring a Full Time Sales Associate for its Macy's Shop at Memorial City in Houston. The associate serves as a brand ambassador, conveying a positive impression of HUGO BOSS and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role showcases the brand through merchandise presentations and executes operational strategies intended to support positive operating profits. The associate provides customer service, drives personal sales through relationship selling and client development, maintains product knowledge, and supports store operations, merchandising, and community engagement. The position requires 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience; a college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary service.
Maintain awareness of product information, product lines, promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
