About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. You build trust and loyalty through customer engagement, product knowledge, and achievement of sales goals. The role also involves keeping the shopping environment clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they welcome customers, develop personal connections, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
