About The Position

The Associate - Sales position is a full-time, entry-level role that includes a comprehensive four-month Associate Development Program (ADP). The program provides sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge to prepare participants for a career as a Sales Associate at RRD. The program has a required cohort start date; the Seattle, Washington hiring cohort listed is July 2027. Some travel is required while shadowing sales representatives, and reliable transportation is required to travel to clients within the designated territory.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and successfully execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives; some travel is required.
• Assist senior sales representatives with sourcing, securing, and managing new and existing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment.
• Continue developing industry knowledge through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
