About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor with merchandise in the right place and ready for customers. You work with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences and support an inviting store environment. The role involves providing attentive service, sharing product knowledge, supporting visual and operational standards, and using technology and available tools to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
