About The Position
The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, with the primary responsibility of providing excellent customer service. Duties may include greeting customers, cashier responsibilities, answering product-related questions, product assembly, general housekeeping, and other duties assigned by the manager. The listed pay range is $11.50–$23.00, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers shopping in the store and assist with customer service questions.
- Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
- Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
- Assist with receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
- Assist with cycle counts.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
- Handle cash accurately.
- Handle customer returns.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
