About The Position

Billion Automotive is hiring a Sales Associate (also referred to as a Sales Consultant) for its Rapid City, South Dakota location. The company is a family-owned, growing multi-state automotive organization with more than 25 locations in Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota. The role sells and delivers vehicles, supports customers through the sales process, completes dealership paperwork, and develops repeat and referral business. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, volume bonuses, and an annual bonus, with no earning caps. The company also offers opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver at least the minimum number of vehicles required per month.
• Complete sales orders and process paperwork according to dealership policies.
• Use dealership sales control and customer follow-up systems.
• Stay current on new products and services in the industry.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and supports customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a prospect development system.
• Approach and greet customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot and offer assistance or direction.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Review and analyze work at the end of each day, week, month, and year to improve time use and planning.
