About The Position

Atkins Kroll is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our Micronesia Mall team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our retail showroom, helping them explore our lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll build relationships, generate sales leads, and connect customers with the right dealership resources to support their vehicle purchasing journey. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Guam Driver's License required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong sales aptitude
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the Micronesia Mall showroom and provide a friendly, professional first impression
  • Engage customers to understand their transportation needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle and budget
  • Generate and nurture qualified sales leads while meeting monthly performance goals
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and in person, providing accurate product and dealership information
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, technology, and available options
  • Present financing opportunities through the company's preferred banking partners and assist customers with credit applications
  • Coordinate vehicle test drives with dealership sales teams while following established procedures
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the dealership CRM system
  • Complete sales documentation and administrative tasks in accordance with dealership policies
  • Coordinate a seamless handoff to dealership colleagues for vehicle delivery and final sales processing
  • Maintain current knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, manufacturer programs, and industry trends
  • Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and OEM certification programs as required
  • Maintain a professional appearance and an organized showroom environment
