About The Position

BMW Sales Professionals partner with guests throughout the entire sales process to determine which vehicle will best fit their wants and needs. Schomp’s One Person, One Price, One Hour model provides a transparent and seamless sales experience for our guests. Sales professionals can offer every guest the best price upfront. This role is for a high achiever looking for a collaborative team environment and has a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Competitive drive
A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations
Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required

Nice To Haves

Experience in product or retail sales preferred

Responsibilities

Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals
Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories
Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs
Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield
Lead the sales finance process with each customer
Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values
Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads
