About The Position
Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! This role offers a guaranteed wage of over $2,000 every month before you sell your first car. We provide upfront paid training with guaranteed earnings, and our competitive vehicle pricing eliminates negotiation stress, allowing you to focus on assisting customers. You will guide customers through the entire purchase process, including financing, with opportunities to earn more. We prioritize internal promotions for leadership roles and foster a fun, team-oriented culture with recognition events, incentive trips, and celebrations.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service or people-facing experience.
- Valid driver’s license with eligible driving record.
- No major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the entire car-buying experience from start to finish.
- Find the right vehicle based on the guests’ needs and lifestyle.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and lead test drives.
- Answer questions about vehicles, financing, and the purchase process.
- Stay up to date through manufacturer training and hands-on experience with new vehicles.
