About The Position
As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and providing personalized eyewear and apparel recommendations. You will help customers find products that suit their needs, lifestyle, and preferences, while building relationships and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store environment. The role includes hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals and store leadership. You will help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and use technology accurately to support customer service and transactions.
