About The Position
Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They support the success of the store by meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, recommending eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and providing tailored service. Associates learn through hands-on training, collaborate with colleagues and leaders, help maintain a clean and visually appealing store, and contribute to an inclusive, respectful environment. The role is seasonal/temporary. Retail or customer service experience is a plus, while enthusiasm for helping customers, communication skills, comfort with technology and transactions, interest in eyewear and fashion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are emphasized. Pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
