About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, recommend eyewear suited to customers’ needs and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates work with teammates and leadership to maintain a supportive, inclusive environment and keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to develop customer service and eyewear knowledge.
