About The Position
The Sales Associate supports the success of Sunglass Hut by delivering an authentic, energetic customer experience and helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, recommending eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and providing accurate, technology-supported transactions. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leaders to provide excellent service and maintain a supportive, inclusive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements
